Billed when you join, then on that date each year. Membership renews automatically unless you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the year you’ve paid for. We’ll email you thirty days before each renewal.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Access is tied to the email on your account and may not be shared or resold.
All fees are final. We don’t refund unused time.
We may change membership terms, pricing, or access. Material changes take effect at your next renewal, and we’ll email active members at least thirty days beforehand.
We reserve the right to end a membership that violates our Terms and Conditions.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
