Thira is built to be read, used, and bought from by everyone, including people using assistive technologies. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and review the site against that standard on an ongoing basis. The site is designed to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and browser zoom across current versions of major browsers.
Some portions of the site rely on third-party services—payment processing among them—whose accessibility we do not control, though we choose providers that meet the same standard.
If any part of the site or a document is difficult to use, write to hello@thira.co with “Accessibility” in the subject line and we will provide the content, or complete the transaction, another way—by email, by phone, or in whatever format works for you. We respond within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, ET), and we welcome the note: it is how the site improves.
