Objects Policy

This policy governs all purchases made through Objects, the digital storefront of Thira. It applies to both Thira-owned items and curated products from our partner brands. By placing an order or clicking through to purchase from a third-party seller, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview

Objects offers two types of products:

Thira-handled Orders: These are items designed, produced, or stocked by Thira. We manage the entire transaction process, including payment, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Partner-handled Orders: Some objects are curated from select partner brands. When you click “Buy,” you may be redirected to the partner’s website to complete your purchase. In these cases, the partner handles everything — pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service. Thira may receive an affiliate commission, but we do not control or process these transactions.

2. Shipping (Thira-handled Orders)

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.

2.1 Shipping Methods: We work with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and local couriers depending on your region. At checkout, shipping options may vary based on location and item weight.

2.2 Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Occasionally, flat-rate or free shipping may apply during specific promotions.

2.3 International Shipping: We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or local taxes. Delays may occur due to customs clearance. Thira is not liable for these delays. Please note that estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed, as delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or carrier delays.

2.4 Delivery Issues:

  • — If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
  • — If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@thira.co. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost items in all cases.
  • — Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

3. Returns and Refunds (Thira-handled Orders)

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return full-price items for store credit within 14 days of delivery. In some cases, a refund to the original payment method may be granted at our discretion.

3.1 Eligibility:

  • — Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • — All original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • — Consumable items (such as candles, fragrances, and soap), books, magazines, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3.2 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. If a waiver is granted, we will provide a prepaid return label.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@thira.co with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions.

4. Exchanges (Thira-handled Orders)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement at no cost. If not, you may choose a store credit or refund.

Items showing signs of use beyond the reported defect are not eligible for exchange. All exchanges are reviewed upon return and subject to approval.

5. Backorders

Occasionally, a product may be listed as backordered but still available for purchase. In such cases:

  • — You will be notified at checkout that the item is backordered.
  • — Once restocked, your order will ship automatically.
  • — If delays occur, we will keep you updated via email.

6. Partner-handled Orders

Some objects featured on our Website are fulfilled entirely by partner brands. When you click “Buy,” you are redirected to the partner’s website. Please note:

  • — All transactions are processed by the partner brand, not Thira.
  • — Thira does not control pricing, inventory, shipping, or customer support for these items.
  • — Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the partner’s own policies.
  • — We may earn a commission if your purchase is completed through our link, but this does not affect the price you pay.

We encourage you to review the partner brand’s return and refund policies before completing your purchase.
