Are guides free to read?
The complete New York City guide is available as a PDF—a single purchase, no membership required. All guides are included with membership.
How do I access my guide after buying it?
Your download appears in three places: on the confirmation screen right after payment, in your order email, and in your account under Downloads. The link in your account never expires—the guide is yours to return to whenever you like. If the email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or sign in and download it directly from your account.
Are guides updated regularly?
Yes. We make updates as cities shift—when something closes, when something better opens, when our understanding of a place deepens.
Do you accept sponsorships or paid listings?
No. Inclusion is editorial and never paid.
Can I suggest a place?
Yes. Email editorial@thira.co with what you have in mind. We don’t promise inclusion, but we consider every suggestion.
Why isn’t there a guide for my city?
We only publish guides for cities we know intimately. If it’s not listed, it means we’re not ready to speak for it—yet.
