Billed annually on the date you join. Renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, write to membership@thira.co at least seven days before renewal.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Access is tied to the email address on your account and may not be shared or resold.
All fees are final. We do not offer refunds for unused time.
We may update membership terms, pricing, or access at any time. Active members will be notified by email ahead of renewal if changes are material. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updates.
We reserve the right to end a membership that violates our Terms & Conditions.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
