Membership — Faq
Can I switch membership tiers?
Essential members may apply to upgrade to Atelier at any time. Atelier members cannot downgrade to Essential—memberships are fixed to the tier selected at sign-up.
Is there a free trial?
No, but selected stories and guides are available to read without a membership.
How do I cancel or update payment information?
Visit your Account settings. Cancelling your membership must be done from there—unsubscribing from emails does not stop billing. You can also update your card details under payment settings.
Are membership tiers shareable—e.g., family plan?
Memberships are tied to a single email and are not shareable across multiple users or households.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes. All memberships renew automatically on an annual basis. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date in your Account settings.
