Payment

We accept payments via all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Affirm financing. For credit/debit card payments, we securely process card information through our PCI-compliant payment gateway.

We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.

Shipping

We offer standard ground shipping via UPS or FedEx based on your location. Standard shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that free shipping is not available at this time. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

For faster delivery, we recommend our Express Shipping option which utilizes expedited air services from UPS or FedEx. Express rates are also calculated during checkout. Allow 2 business days for delivery.

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Order processing times do not include transit times which can vary based on your location and the selected shipping service. Please note that we only ship orders to valid residential or commercial addresses and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries around the world. International shipping rates will be provided at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or other issues with international shipments that are outside of our control. Allow 7-14 business days for international delivery.

Returns

You may return most new and unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Some consumable items (such as candles, fragrances, and soap), stationery, and printed matter (such as books and magazines) are not eligible for refund and considered final sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us for return instructions. You will be responsible for covering your return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, you will receive a store credit within 7 business days, minus the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged item, we will gladly exchange it once the issue has been confirmed by our team. To request an exchange, please contact us with photos showing the damage and we will guide you through the exchange process. If the exchanged item is still in stock, we may exclude shipping fees for the replacement order.

Items that are opened or show signs of being used are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is deemed ineligible upon inspection.
