E-COMMERCE MANAGER

We are a growing lifestyle company looking for a talented and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online shop, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting our company’s goals and standards. If you are passionate about e-commerce, customer service, and driven by results, this opportunity is for you.

This is a Full-Time, hybrid role, with a combination of office-based and remote work, with the office located in New York. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a flexible environment and have the necessary tools and resources to perform their role remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of our online shop, including product listings, website maintenance, and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and that products are delivered on time
  • Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
