Do you accept group booking request?

Yes, we do accept group booking.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we have a 14 days cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your booking until 14 days before arrival and receive a complete refund minus the applicable transaction charges.

Cancellation requests submitted in less than 14 days are non-refundable.

In case of a refundable cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same account you used to make the reservation. Please note that a complete refund means the complete booking amount minus a small fee and government tax. It may take anywhere between 3 – 7 days to process the refund from the date we process it from our end. We accept online payment for the Summit Series. Available at thira.co/pay. Our online payment gives you access to all payment modes, including credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, UPI, and popular wallets.
