WHAT ARE STAYS?

Locally-rooted, thoughtfully-designed accommodations including apartments, villas, vacation homes, and boutique guesthouses. Most are managed by Thira, while some are managed by handpicked innovative hospitality makers.

WHAT ARE SERVICES?

Services are additional amenities that are related to your stay and are available for an additional charge. It includes but is not limited to laundry, dry cleaning, car pick up and drop, cook on hire, and grocery delivery.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?

The usual check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am, but it may be different for some stays. Please check the “Good to Know” section on the listing to see check-in and check-out time.

CAN I DO EARLY CHECK-IN?

If you’re arriving early, we recommend you book the previous night and communicate and coordinate the arrival time with the Destination Manager.

CAN I DO LATE CHECK-OUT?

If you want a late checkout, we may be able to extend it for an additional fee, subject to availability.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE THE CHECK-IN?

It depends on the property. Email us at booking@thira.co with your booking details so our travel specialist can check.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE AFTER THE CHECK-OUT?

I NEED HELP WITH PARKING?

Please refer to the property page for more information on parking. Some properties have a free first-cum first-serve parking space, while some have paid parking.

I'M LOOKING TO STAY FOR A WEEK, DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we do. Usually, 10% for a week-long stay.

I'M LOOKING TO STAY FOR A MONTH, DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we do. Usually, 15% for a month-long stay.

WHAT IS YOUR CHILD POLICY?

It differs from property to property. But usually, 1 child under 6 years of age can be accommodated without an extra bed at no additional charge. Please check the “Good to Know” section on the listing for up-to-date information.

CAN IN BRING MY PET?

Some properties allow pets while others prefer not to. Please check the “Good to Know” section on the listing to see whether or not a particular property is pet-friendly.

CAN UNMARRIED COUPLES STAY AT THIRA?

Yes, though both individuals must carry valid government-approved photo identification.

CAN BEDS BE SPLIT OF MADE UP AS A DOUBLE?

If the bed can be arranged twins, then yes but that is unlikely, especially for a short stay.
