WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY EXPERIENCE?

Arrive 15 minutes before your experience is scheduled to begin. For some experiences, you may need to arrive earlier. Check out the notes at the bottom of the Experiences page for additional instructions on arrival time.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENTS POLICY?

We accept payments for Experiences only through thira.co/pay. In case you’re unable to use the service – contact us and we’ll help you with the payment.

We do not accept cash, direct bank transfer, and split or partial payments.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

It differs from Experience to Experience. Check out the notes at the bottom of the Experiences page for the relevant cancellation policy.
