Exchanges. If you received a damaged item, we will gladly exchange it once the issue has been confirmed by our team. To request an exchange, please contact us with photos showing the damage and we will guide you through the exchange process. If the exchanged item is still in stock, we may exclude shipping fees for the replacement order.

Items that are opened or show signs of being used are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is deemed ineligible upon inspection.
