CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we have a 2 days cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your booking until 48 hours before arrival and receive a complete refund.

Booking cancellation requests submitted less than 48 hours are non-refundable. You can cancel your booking by sending an email at – booking@thira.co

In case of a refundable cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same account you used to make the reservation. Please note that a complete refund means the complete booking amount minus a small fee and government tax. It may take anywhere between 3 – 7 days to process the refund from the date we process it from our end. If you’ve waited more than 2 weeks, email us at hello@thira.co
